Our Policy lasts 14 days from the day of purchase, if 14 days have passed since your purchase then unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund. To qualify for a full refund your item must be unused in the same condition it was delivered in. It must also be in its original packaging.

Damaged Goods:

If you receive damaged goods please contact us and we will arrange for a replacement order or refund upon proof of damage with photo evidence through email via kustardscraftycorner@hotmail.com 

The damaged goods will have to be returned to us before any replacement or refund can take place.
 

Refunds: 

Once your return is received and inspected we will email you to notify you of the receipt of the goods, if approved a refund will be arranged.

Shipping:

To return your item please email the above email address to be provided with the return address. You will be responsible for the shipping costs for returning your item, shipping costs are non refundable. It is also advised to use a trackable service with shipping insurance.

We cannot guarantee we will receive the item your returning as we are not responsible for the shipping service you choose. A refund will only be issued upon receipt of the original item.
